Applicability of Policy

By using the Modern Giraffe portal for placing an order or requesting an exchange, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not transact on our website. Terms may change periodically, so review this page each time you use the portal to stay informed.

General Conditions

• We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and our logistics partner will arrange pickup within 24–48 hours.
• Pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, you’ll need to ship the order back to our warehouse address.
• Exchange orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days.
• If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product or receive a gift card for future purchases.
• Refunds (after quality check approval) are issued as a gift card code sent to your registered email and mobile number.
• Products must be returned in their original condition. Worn or damaged items will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Order Cancellations

• Order cancellations are allowed only for COD orders and only before dispatch from our warehouse.
• All prepaid orders are final and non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, are issued as gift cards valid for 3 months and redeemable on our website.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Issues & Quality Concerns

We offer a 30-day review period for issues such as color bleeding, print cracks, or finishing defects. If reported within 30 days of purchase, we will arrange a pickup and resolve the issue. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return

You can request an exchange or return if:

• The product doesn’t fit.
• The product or packaging is damaged.
• The product is defective.

To be eligible, the product must meet the following conditions:

• Not worn, washed, or tampered with.
• Brand tags, packaging, and accessories are intact and undamaged.
• Not altered, except in the case of a verified vendor defect.
• Matches our order records.
• Free from odour, stains, scratches, or any damage.
• Sets or combos must be returned in full.
• Product must pass our quality inspection.

Note: We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return request that does not meet the above conditions.
